A 95-135/ 55-95 1. Deadlift 2. Hang Clean 3. Push Press 4. Front Squat 5. Deadlift 6. Hang Clean 7. Push press 8. Front Squat B 1. Burpee 2. Situp 3. Pullups 4. Pushups 5. Burpee 6. Situp 7. Pullups 8. Pushups Alternate between A and B each round of Tabatas until 3 rounds of each are done.
