3 RFT:
9 Double KB Squat Cleans @ 24/16
12 30/24" Box Jumps
15 C2B Pull Ups
AMRAP

Go all out. Focus on sprinting through, with Unbroken sets. Take a couple of breaths as you transition between exercises, but try to maintain a fast pace while breathing through the reps - when you pick up the bells, finsh the set - when you get on the bar, stay on it.
