  • Email us or call and we can let you know which classes would be the best. We look forward to hearing from you!

  • Wear your workout clothes - nothing special is required here, just the basics.

  • If you have no prior CrossFit experience, we will ask that you attend an Athletic Conditioning class - this programming allows you to get a great workout, and not have to focus so much on learning the more complicated Olympic and skill movements that we will teach you in On Ramp. Just come in, sign the waiver, and get started!

  • Be early - 10-15 min prior to class to meet the coaches, see the facility, sign the waiver, etc.

Travelling CrossFitters:

  • First of all, welcome to Greenville and CrossFit Tier 1!

  • Class schedule is always online, and you are more than welcome to attend any special events, etc. while you are visiting with us. Welcome home!

  • ¬†We do a $15/visit drop in or shirt exchange.

  • If you are having an extended stay, we can do a prorated punch card that will save you some money and allow you to come back next time prepaid if you make it our way often.

Drop-Ins / Open Gym:

Drop ins for open gym are $5/day and you must have prior CrossFit experience at Tier 1 or another program. We may require that you demonstrate some things to us briefly on your first trip, but hey, everybody needs to warm up right?
